Mithaq Al Tashrie Law Firm Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Molmo Chinese Law Firm

Mithaq Al Tashrie Law Firm signed a professional cooperation agreement with Molmo Chinese Law Firm at the firm’s headquarters in Riyadh, as part of efforts to strengthen international legal partnerships and expand areas of joint cooperation.

The agreement was signed in the presence of a number of senior executives from both sides. Molmo Chinese Law Firm was represented by Mr. Shen Li, General Manager, and Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan, Executive Director, while Mithaq Al Tashrie Law Firm was represented by Mr. Eid Al-Otaibi, General Manager, and Mr. Walid Al-Anzi, Executive Director.

The agreement aims to enhance joint legal cooperation and support Chinese companies and investments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing integrated legal services that comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom and are aligned with international professional standards.

Both parties affirmed that this cooperation reflects their commitment to providing specialized, high-quality legal solutions that contribute to facilitating the operations of Chinese investors and companies in the Saudi market, and to enhancing the business and investment environment between the two countries.
